In this high-impact position, you will act as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), tech founders, and family offices - delivering bespoke global wealth solutions free from corporate bureaucracy or proprietary product pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Growth: Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with UHNW clients and family offices within the Russian and Ukrainian diaspora
- Cross-Border Structuring: Provide sophisticated wealth planning, asset protection, and multi-jurisdictional legacy solutions tailored to complex international client needs
- Open Architecture Advice: Leverage the bank's full open-architecture platform, including direct access to private markets, bespoke investment solutions, and Swiss booking capabilities
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all client activities comply with Swiss banking regulations and international cross-border frameworks
Your Profile
- Proven Track Record & Portable Book: Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager with a strong, transferable UHNW client book / business case (specifically focused on Russian and/or Ukrainian clients)
- Cross-Border Expertise: In-depth knowledge of multi-jurisdictional wealth structuring, asset protection, and international compliance standards
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in an autonomous, outcome-driven setting with high personal accountability
- Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Russian and English
