In this challenging role, you are responsible for evaluating lending proposals to ensure sound credit decisions. This second line of defence requires in-depth credit & financial analysis for deals sourced by all business lines, preparing recommendations for the Credit Committee approval, and supporting the lending initiatives in line with internal policies and regulatory standards. You must form your independent credit worthiness opinion and defend your decision to the different stakeholders. Besides your risk assessment responsibilities, you are also managing related loan administration & control tasks. 

We are seeking a younger, ambitious credit risk professional capable of assessing credit risk exposure across the different businesses and geographies. You have a strong educational background (Bachelor, Master, CFA etc.) and five to seven years of practical working experience within the Risk Department of an international bank. You have a strong skill set in assessing the diverse types of credit risks both in Corporate Banking & Private Banking. This ranges from cash flow to asset-based lending, which includes standard Lombard Credits & international Real Estate Financing in financial hot spots such as London or Dubai. You have thus ideally worked both in credit risk management of Commercial & Private Banking but are also deeply familiar with standard loan administration & control processes.
