Group Finance Specialist & SAP FI Key User (m/w/d)

As a Group Finance Specialist & SAP FI Key User, you will support our international entities in accounting, closing and SAP finance-related topics. In close collaboration with Group Functions, local finance teams and IT, you will contribute to the further development and harmonization of our SAP FI processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment as well as to digitalization and process optimization initiatives.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with solid accounting experience, daily SAP FI exposure and a strong interest in working at the interface of accounting, SAP finance processes and international finance teams.

• Support international group companies in accounting, closing, reporting and SAP FI-related questions, including variance analyses and data quality reviews in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
• Act as a first point of contact for SAP finance support cases, analyze and resolve standard or recurring issues, and coordinate more complex topics with local finance teams, IT and SAP support
• Perform recurring SAP FI activities such as maintenance of SAP finance master data, period opening/closing, FX rates, SAP FI authorizations and user roles
• Support and continuously improve SAP FI processes within the international finance organization, with a focus on practical usability, process quality and harmonization
• Analyze, harmonize and document finance processes and SAP applications as part of digitalization and efficiency initiatives
• Provide guidance, training and hands-on support to local finance teams in accounting and SAP finance-related topics, including occasional international business travel (approx. 1–2 weeks per year)

• Completed training or continuing education in finance and accounting (e.g., Finance and Accounting Specialist with a Federal Certificate) with relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI, ideally supplemented by experience as a key user in an SAP S/4HANA environment
• Good understanding of accounting processes and their implementation in IT and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
• Very good written and spoken English skills, as well as a willingness to take occasional international business trips (approx. 1–2 weeks per year)
