International Payroll Accountant - 6 months
Specific responsibilities of the role:
- Process of several international outsourced payrolls
- Ensures compliant payments of salaries, taxes and social charges for all countries on a timely and monthly basis;
- Reviews and updates monthly vacation accruals
- Books payroll entries in the accounting system
- Reconciles payroll accounts with General Ledger on a monthly basis;
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and our SOX and other control procedures;
- Supporting specific payroll projects
- Maintains and protects employee information and payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Finance/Human resources department
- Detail and numbers oriented and strong documentation control skills;
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently;
- Appropriate handling of confidential information;
- Ability to work within a multinational environment;
- Pro-active; hands on mentality; motivated; team player;
- Fluent in English; any other language an advantage;
- Swiss citizen or valid Swiss working permit;
