Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to strengthen our commercial partnership in the Swiss market and support long-term growth with sustainable value creation. In this forward-looking role, you will act as a key business partner - collaborating cross-functionally and actively contributing to strategic commercial decisions across all product categories.

Position:

As Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) you will:

  • Develop and implement the commercial finance framework (mission, objectives, stakeholder mapping, commercial agenda)
  • Act as a key contributor to strategic pricing and portfolio planning, working closely with Marketing & Sales
  • Build and evaluate pricing scenarios and support strategic decision-making with financial business cases
  • Drive development of investment frameworks for marketing & sales initiatives, including KPIs and post-implementation reviews
  • Support major investment assessments, helping optimize cost base and value creation
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales, driving RRP (Reduced Risk Products) growth initiatives
  • Provide financial expertise for commercial engine and Ploom economic models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and track relevant commercial KPIs

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, advanced financial qualification is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, with strong commercial exposure and proven business impact
  • Proven experience of cross functional collaboration 
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with a commercial, insights-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence different stakeholders and seniority levels
  • High agility, flexibility and collaborative approach
  • Fluency in English
